Allyson L. Stewart-Allen

Allyson Stewart-Allen is an international marketing and strategy consultant advising European and US organisations growing their presence on either side of the Atlantic. Allyson applies her fluency in French and German and several years' consulting experience to the company she founded, International Marketing Partners Consultants, through her employment with blue-chip consulting firms Price Waterhouse, PA Consulting Group and Hay Management Consultants.

She advises notable companies in e-business (b2b and b2c), professional services (including legal, financial and retail), retailing, food & drink, travel, consumer goods and industrial sectors, to name a few. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of Southern California, as well as an MBA from Claremont Graduate School under the direct tutelage of Dr. Peter Drucker.

Allyson's expert advice to US and European organisations typically enables them to achieve their marketing and business development strategies, which typically includes clients' pursuit of strategic alliances, organic growth, their divestments and/or acquisitions of complimentary brands.

In addition to Allyson's 4-year slot on Sky News Business Report programme as the "Muse of Marketing," she appears as a regular and frequent marketing expert on CNN's World Business and Business International programmes. Recent conference appearances include Economist Conferences Marketing Directors' Forum, Management Centre Europe's Global Conference on Marketing, as well as for The Law Society, Conference Board, Institute of Directors, Professional Services Marketing Group and American Marketing Association on a variety of global marketing trends and developments.

She is the co-author of the book Working with Americans for Prentice Hall, due for publication in April-2002, which assists professionals looking to improve their relationships and negotiating effectiveness with their American corporate parent and/or colleagues.

Typical client consulting assignments include:

  • assessing and devising business development programmes to generate new leads
  • developing value propositions to re-orient Sales and Marketing staff away from product/service features
  • developing and delivering customised management development and executive coaching programmes in the marketing and business development arenas

Allyson is a US citizen from Los Angeles, California and is a UK permanent resident.
