Michael
Homas holds a degree in Behavioral
Psychology and has completed post graduate studies in Human
Resource Training & Development. Michael is a former Army
Aviator who was the Army's first commissioned officer qualified
in the Apache Attack Helicopter as an instructor pilot. Michael
has held three military commands and numerous leadership positions
in the civilian workplace. He has worked for several Fortune
100 companies in sales/sales management, marketing/marketing
management and training capacities. He has also started, owned
and sold four small businesses. Michael is the Founder &
President of MegCor and MH&A Consulting. MegCor is currently
in development. When completed "The Center for Leadership
Growth & Distinction" (MegCor) will focus on corporate
leadership education whereupon participants will spend 4 1/2
days studying the leadership principles and challenges facing
them in the real world. MH&A Consulting focuses on leadership,
sales excellence and inspirational/motivational workshops. Three
workshops are currently available: "How True Leaders Take
Their Teams to Extraordinary Heights" is a 3-day workshop
highlighting the "human side" of leadership. "Achieving
Sales Dominance" is a 3-day workshop highlighting the identification
of Social Temperaments and improving listening techniques as
it relates to the qualifying and presentation phase of the sales
process. "You're
A Winner & I'll Prove It!"
is a 2-hour inspirational/motivational seminar highlighting
the "Attitude Black Hole", improving self-worth and
self-value, making choices, developing an action plan, execution
of your plan and achieving your goals and dreams. This is also
the title of Michael's self published book. Michael's humorous
and often times intensely passionate delivery make him an audience
favorite.
