Robert C. Harris,
CAE, has managed associations for more than 20 years at
an association management company he founded in 1979.
He speaks professionally
on non-profit issues, association efficiency, risks and liabilities,
leadership responsibilities, membership, and staff training. He
has addressed the:

He teaches a course
called "Association Management 101." He is an instructor

His Self Auditing
Process® has been used by nearly 2,000 non-profit organizations
internationally. The intent of the 150-point assessment sysytem
is to improve operations, enhance customer service, train staff
and reduce risks. He often consults with association management
companies on operations, marketing and profitability.
