Billy Hufsey,
internationally-renowned film and television star, opens up his
career to an entire new level when he takes his motivational and
educational presentation, Onstage At Any Age: So You Wanna
Be A Star! to university campuses and local communities.
Billy Hufsey spends
half his year onstage as the headliner at The Flamingo Hotel in
Laughlin, NV with his Dancin' to The Hits review. He's entertained
audiences all over the world with his film career and theatrical
presentations at Canada's famed Stage West Theater.
Many remember Billy
Hufsey in his breakout critically-acclaimed role of Christopher
Dolan in the television series, Fame. Billy Hufsey was a featured
dancer and singer and very talented actor. He later wowed daytime
drama fans on the award-winning NBC program, Days of Our Lives
where he played Emilio, the street gangster.
Blessed with athletic
strengths and a natural yearning for the arts, Billy Hufsey achieved
success in both. He became Ohio's undefeated welterweight Golden
Glove competitor and backed that success by winning the United
States Singles Dancing Championship in 1979.
Billy Hufsey packed
his bags and headed for New York City to seek formalized arts
training. He has studied with the world's best dancers, always
being encouraged to branch out and try Hollywood. With his last
$100, Billy Hufsey reached Los Angeles and within three days landed
with the famed Jeff Kutash Dancers and got a part in the film
Graduation Day.
Years later, Billy
Hufsey is still acting, dancing and producing at his own company,
WRH Productions. He is a gifted singer and proficiently plays
five instruments. He has achieved black belt status in the Martial
Arts.
There is no stopping
Billy Hufsey. He is passionate about giving back to the community,
including the young people who want to take a shot at stardom,
just like he did not that many years ago. His program is geared
to teach "students" of all ages and all walks of life
how to consider breaking into or learning about the real "inside"
of the entertainment industry.
